Shipping policy

How your print is made and shipped

Every print is made to order once you place it — nothing is pre-printed or kept in stock. Your photo is sent to our print partner, Prodigi, who print it on Hahnemühle Photo Rag fine art paper and ship it directly to you.

  • Production time: usually 1–2 business days before your order ships.
  • Shipping time within Sweden: usually 2–6 business days after production, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • Shipping time internationally: varies by destination — typically slightly longer than domestic Sweden delivery. We'll show an estimate at checkout.

So, all together, expect your print to arrive roughly 1–2 weeks from order to delivery in most cases. This is an estimate based on typical turnaround, not a guarantee — busier periods or customs delays (see below) can extend it.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost depends on the size of the print you order and is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

International orders — customs and import charges

If you're ordering from outside the EU, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees on arrival. These are set by your own country's customs authority, not by us, and are the responsibility of the customer to pay if charged. We can't predict or control these charges in advance.

Packaging

Smaller prints ship flat in a rigid, protective envelope. Larger prints ship rolled in a sturdy tube, which is the industry-standard way to keep a large fine art print protected in transit.
